Celebrate your Health this Holiday Season

It was born out of an idea to avoid the dreaded Holiday weight gain. But it’s turned into something so much more than that.

A community, a mission, a group coming together with exercise and giving back to the causes we are passionate about.

20 minutes of exercise a day, every day between Thanksgiving and New Year’s. If you miss a day, donate $5 to charity.

Tie up your laces, grab a friend, and make a positive change this Holiday Season.

Motivate, support, inspire, give back, HAVE FUN.

It’s the Holiday Hustle!

We HUSTLE FOR…

Our pink hearts are bursting with gratitude for the Health Holiday Hustle community. This motivational and inspiring initiative far exceeded our expectations in reminding others that Mental Health is Health, and our mind and body are a team.In memory of Kim Bergner and Jessica Starr, we were reminded that mental health is health and should be treated like all other illnesses, with compassion and understanding. The HHH allowed us to bring to the surface a topic that is often swept under the rug, honor those we have lost, and exercise our mind and our bodies to promote mental well-being.

We are looking forward to using these funds in our community in a meaningful way to reduce stigma and bring the conversation to everyday places. In the meantime, please know that we will continue to work hard to bring understanding to something so difficult to understand.

Words cannot accurately describe how we felt when the Hustlers’ support was so successfully thrown behind the March of Dimes with the then-recent passing of our newborn baby girl. The substantial amount of funds raised by the hustlers positively impacted other families going through trying times, which allowed us to give back in a way we never thought possible. We simply can’t thank the Hustlers enough for breathing life into Addy’s legacy.
