How can I participate?

The idea of the Healthy Holiday Hustle is simple. You commit to 20 minutes per day of exercise between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve, whatever that means to you. Use wine bottles in your basement for tricep extensions, force the family to go on a brisk Christmas Day walk, do 50 jumping jacks between each gift you wrap. The catch? You donate $5 per day for every day you miss to a great cause. Sign up here and track your workouts on your own. It’s on the honor system…but remember…He knows if you’ve been bad or good, so be good for goodness sakes!

Throughout the challenge, the Hustle will host donation workout classes at various studios. Anyone can join these classes, so tell a friend! Sweat with your fellow Hustlers for a small donation, all proceeds go to charity. Check our HHH Events tab for a class near you.

Where do the donations go?

The Hustle formally supports a new non-profit each year. At the end of the challenge, we will ask for donations. Please see our donation page for information on how to submit your donation: DONATE

Remember, you can donate based on your missed workouts, OR your success!

We are so grateful to all the Holiday Hustlers - they helped get 220 Detroit students into our beautiful new building! Not only did the Holiday Hustle give us a TREMENDOUS boost in our fundraising for our new school building, but it was also so fun to be a part of such a positive, healthy community. We are forever grateful and forever huge fans of all the Hustlers!
